There's an easiness to North Carolina. The way the land moves. The way the people talk. There is a slowness to it that is alluring. I took this photo at the beach in Outer Banks, NC. I loved the stark contrast of the fence against the sand and sky, and how it all came together to create this image that is both recognizable and abstract.
